My goal is to have your house seen by as many people as possible!  Your home will immediately be added to The Multiple Listing Service (MLS). 

I send weekly emails to all the Prudential - California Realty Agents in San Diego County, updating them on your homes status.  Your home will also be listed on my website, where people can contact me directly.  Each home I represent has its’ individual website, where Buyers can see more pictures, a neighborhood census, school locations, etc.

I will blanket the neighborhood with postcards, announcing to all, that you’re selling…creating ‘word of mouth’ advertising!

HOLD OPEN HOUSES

Holding Open Houses can be the singularly most important aspect of the sale!

Your house needs to be seen and the more people that see your home, helps create a ‘sense of urgency’ to all potential buyers!

Friday Nights, Saturday & Sunday afternoons offer ample time for home to be viewed.  ‘Broker Caravans’ allow the local area Realtors® to visit, preview, have some food and add your home to their list of ‘must sees’ for their clients.

SHOW YOUR HOME DAILY

Your home should always be available for viewings, and on occasions this may be inconvenient for you and your family.  By allowing me to place a ‘Lock Box’ in a convenient location, you make it easier for other agents to show your home to potential homebuyers.

NEGOTIATE OFFERS

With your input, I will negotiate all offers for the purchase of your home.

HANDLE THE LITTLE THINGS

I will make every effort to complete your sales transaction in a timely and judicious manner.  Inevitably, problems may arise!  However, my Transaction Coordinators and Escrow Officers are trained and experienced in closing difficult, complex and demanding escrows on time!

ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE TO YOU

Needless to say, but sometimes you’ll have questions for me and you’ll want to talk with me personally.  I always have my phone with me and I answer every call I receive!
