Dan Conway

Biography

Dan Conway as born and raised on the North Shore of Massachusetts and graduated from Boston College, with a B.A. in Communications.  While at BC, Dan garnered All-East & All-American honors as a Running Back for the Eagles football team.  Upon graduation, Dan accepted and signed a professional football contract with the National Football League, Buffalo Bills.  A freak, career ending eye injury shortened Dan’s NFL playing career.  Fortunately, he was able to recover and play again in the United States Football League for the Boston Breakers.

Retiring from professional football in 1983; Dan’s love for athletics led him to his second passion, Body-Building.  Dan opened his first body-building gym in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and named it ‘Apollo Gym & Fitness Center, Inc’.  Shortly thereafter, Apollo Gym became a Mecca for Body Building in South Florida.  Due to this success, Dan successfully opened a franchise in the capital city of Port-of-Spain on the islands of Trinidad-Tobago, British West Indies.  Dan; sold both enterprises in 1990 and headed west for beautiful San Diego.

Upon arriving in San Diego, Dan embarked on a career in the family business, Commercial Real Estate, focusing on Property Management and Apartment Buildings.  He also turned to education and coaching with the possibility of Residential Real Estate looming in his future!  Dan’s success in education extended to the athletic fields where his football teams won 7 League Championships in 9 years!  During this period of time Dan became an Insurance Agent and is a partner in a Farmers Insurance Agency in Fallbrook, California.  Nevertheless, he steadfastly remained on-track with his love for residential Real Estate with the likelihood of becoming a full-time agent.

Dan brings a profound energy & enthusiasm to his latest adventure. Dan has been quickly garnering accolades in the Real Estate Industry...in 2005 & 2006 he was named to the Prudential Leading Edge Society, in 2007 he was named to the Prudential President's Circle (Top 5% in the Nation) and he was named Salesperson of the Month for December 2007.  In 2008, Dan was named as the Del Mar Office Mentor and was selected to the Prudential Chairman’s Circle Gold (Top 2% in the Nation).  2009, has started with a BANG…Sales Team of the Month for February, August  & November 2009 and, was recently named the Rancho Santa Fe Mentor and was selected to the Prudential Chairman’s Circle Diamond (Top 1% in the Nation).

Dan and his lovely wife Pattie, who is also a Real Estate agent with PARDEE Homes, enjoy entertaining & vacationing in Rosarito Beach and Mission Bay, occasionally taking a trip to the wine country. They have 3 children; Thad, Taylor and Danny III and they reside in beautiful Sabre Springs.
